Nine mini documentaries. Two countries. Twelve weeks.

CO|LAB was brought on by GA-Agency to lead the production of nine short documentaries for a major global philanthropic foundation, working across Kenya and Nigeria.

From finding and developing the stories to production, local crew, logistics and post-production, we built and managed the production from the ground up - bringing together teams across two countries to deliver nine films in just 12 weeks.

The films spotlighted people and organisations expanding women’s access to economic opportunity, financial independence, family planning, healthcare and essential services in Kenya and Nigeria.

The Cost of Living is CO|LAB original, self-funded documentary series, created during Rebecca’s solo travels.

Through the people she meets and the places she goes, Rebecca explores stories that reveal something bigger about how we live, from culture and belief to inequality, identity and the realities of everyday life.

An independent documentary series by CO|LAB
