With over a decade of experience in social impact for media giants like Paramount, MTV Staying Alive, and Global Radio, I’ve seen firsthand how storytelling can spark real, lasting change. But the truth I’ve learned is this: it’s not enough to just tell a story - it’s about creating a feeling. The content that moves people is the content that inspires action. And that’s where the magic happens.

Throughout my career, I’ve led global campaigns on critical issues - gender equity, mental health, LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice, sustainability, partnering with incredible organizations to transform ideas into initiatives that truly make a difference. And yet, time and again, I noticed a gap: too often, communications were outdated, scattered, or treated as an afterthought. Powerful missions were struggling to reach their audiences because the message wasn’t clear, emotionally compelling, or accessible. That’s the gap co/LAB exists to close.

co/LAB is the culmination of my experience and my vision: where creativity, strategy, and social impact meet to create content and campaigns that not only drives measurable change but stands strong on its own. Our approach is human-first, strategy-led, and designed to make complex issues relatable and inspiring. We make impactful storytelling accessible-not just for big brands, but for NGOs, and every mission that deserves to shine.

The goal is simple: to create work that makes people feel something and moves them to act. Through partnerships, hands-on initiatives, and thoughtful, emotionally resonant content, co/LAB is all about crafting campaigns that stay with you long after you’ve seen them.

Alongside this work, I’m also proud to sit on the board of Girls I Rate, a movement empowering young women in music and entertainment.
